Payments & Refunds

seedspace does not currently issue refunds.

seedspace is not responsible for damages as a result of your misconfiguration or misuse of its products and services.

Your use of seedspace's products and services is at the your own risk. You agree that our sole obligation is to provide our products and services “as is”.

Indemnity

Except as prohibited by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold seedspace and any affiliated company or individual harmless from any and all damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to any violation of these terms by you, or in connection with the use of seedspace's products and services or the internet or your purchases or the placement or transmission of any message or information with seedspace's products and services by you or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Termination

seedspace may suspend or terminate your use of its product and services, for any reason or no reason.

You agree that this document may be updated at any time. When this document updates, the changes are effective immediately.
